Daffodil Mini - Original Framed Monoprint - 10cm x 15cm

A beautifully framed botanical print. This Daffodil print has been created by the process of botanical mono printing, where I have inked up the plant and taken a print from it. It is one of a kind original artwork.

Inspired by the format of a Polaroid photo, I have created a plate that sits in the same format as a Polaroid. Leaving a negative area around the print where the ink does not print.

Hand printed on Fabriano printmaking paper with a soy based, non toxic ink. The print measures approx 7.2cm x 8.5cm.

Oak frame with a walnut varnish, measuring 10cm x 15cm, it can stand or be hung on the wall. Would look great with a selection in a grid. The backing of the print is acid free mount board, a slight off white.
