‘’Daffodil Studies’’ explores 9 Daffodils flowers monoprinted.
Through the process of botanical monoprints, I’ve directly printed with these Daffodils that I pick and pressed first. The flowers have been inked using a soy based non-toxic printmaking ink.
Hand printed onto Fabriano printmaking paper, which measures 7.2cm x 8.5cm cut and embossed to look like Polaroid photographs. Reinforcing the documentary nature of this style of printmaking.
All 9 monoprints are originals 1/1.
Oak frame, to be wall hung. 40cm x 40cm.
